Zoom, zoom, zoom!

Tomorrow morning I will be racing my car in an official race. Can you believe that? There is a sponsored event going on tomorrow at Gulf Greyhound Park. They set up a 50-second track in a parking lot with cones. When the races start, they let one person go and then wait about 20 seconds before letting the next person go. That way, there's plenty of space between drivers just in case one person spins out or something. They'd be able to get back on the track and going before the person behind them catches up.

Anyway...I'm so excited! I have to wear a helmet and everything. Lucky for me, I don't have to buy one. I can just use my motorcycle helmet I bought a few years ago. I have no idea about what to expect, but that just makes it even more exciting. I'll update you on all of the fun and excitement tomorrow afternoon.
